How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 PM (EST) will begin being processed the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

Why did my hat ship separately?
Our hats are shipped in boxes to preserve hat shape during shipping. Our clothing ships in poly-bags and cannot be combined with the boxes.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship domestically and to a select number of international destinations. We are expanding all the time and we'll keep you updated on new locations.
Return Policy
Please Note:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All sales are final. Each item is made to order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Vikz Custom Tees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at vikztshirts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
